Cancellation Policy:
We require a deposit of one night’s stay to secure your room.
In the event of a cancellation, we require at least 72 hours notice prior to arrival.
If we are not able to resell room, we reserve the right to charge for one night.
Weekly Rates must pay a 50% deposit at time of reservation and full balance is due at time of arrival.
Payment by Credit Card is subject to a 5% charge (visa or master card)
NOTES: Please know that our accommodation is non-smoking and we do not allow pets.
